Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact daimava.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in contacting the courier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with courier policies.
